The Flybox DBMIOMNKITC24 is the genuine factory wiring connection kit engineered for Flybox Omnia series avionics equipped with an expanded 24-pin rear interface. Built with authentic Molex Micro-Fit 3.0™ positive-locking dual-row connector housings and precision crimp sockets, it delivers secure, vibration-proof electrical terminations for custom aircraft instrument harness builds.

Compatible Flybox Instruments

The DBMIOMNKITC24 kit is specifically required for multi-sensor Flybox instruments with a 24-pin chassis socket:

• Flybox Omnia Oil P-T-CT (57 mm / 2-1/4″): Complete breakout for oil pressure, oil temperature, coolant temperature, dual sensor excitation outputs, master power, and external alarms.
• Flybox Omnia Oil P-T-CT (80 mm / 3-1/8″): Direct harness plug-in for the full-sized 80 mm triple engine gauge.
• Custom OEM & Multi-Sensor Flybox Units: Suitable for all custom or specialized Flybox instruments built with the 24-pin Molex Micro-Fit rear connector.

Note: Single-function Omnia instruments (such as ASI-OAT, ALTI-VARIO, LIFT, Fuel Comp, Fuel P, MAP, RPM, and RPM-MAP) utilize the 22-pole connector kit (DBMIOMNKITC22).

Installation Advisory: When crimping contacts, strip wires to approximately 2.5 mm, ensuring no stray copper strands remain outside the barrel. Verify that each crimped terminal clicks firmly into its assigned cavity in the 24-pole housing by applying a gentle pull test. For single-pole resistive sensors, route the dedicated ground returns (Pins 16, 17, and 18) directly to the engine block where the senders are grounded to prevent ground loop offsets.
