Flybox EngiMaster ECU Wiring Harness (Rotax 912iS / 915iS / 916iS)
Engineered specifically for modern fuel-injected Rotax 912iS, 915iS, and 916iS engines, this dedicated wiring harness connects directly to the Rotax Engine Control Units (Lane A & Lane B) and the Flybox EngiMaster display. By streaming engine telemetry digitally over CAN-bus, it eliminates complex multi-probe engine wiring while providing pre-terminated branches for airframe fuel levels, high-pressure fuel sensors, and electrical current monitoring.

Direct Dual-CAN Capture
Connects straight into Rotax Lane A and Lane B communication lines. The EngiMaster automatically captures engine speed, manifold temperature, coolant temperature, and throttle position while monitoring dual ECU online status.
Digital Fuel Calculation
Because fuel flow is derived directly from the Rotax electronic injection computer, you do not need to install or calibrate mechanical fuel flow transducers in the fuel lines.
Airframe Sensor Integration
Includes dedicated, pre-labelled leads for parameters not covered by the engine ECU, including high-pressure fuel rail pressure senders, up to 3 fuel tank level floats, and battery ammeter current sensors.
Screened Noise Immunity
Built with screened twisted pairs and dedicated drain wires, protecting high-speed CAN-bus data frames from ignition noise and cockpit radio frequency interference.
Pre-Terminated System Connections
- Rotax ECU CAN Interface: Direct locking connections for Lane A and Lane B digital communication lines.
- Digital Telemetry Feed: Feeds the on-screen Coolant/Water Temp (CLT), Manifold Temp (IAT), RPM, and Throttle Position (TP 0–100%) gauges.
- High-Pressure Fuel Sender: Pre-wired branch for high-pressure injection fuel rail transducers.
- Tank Fuel Levels: Pre-wired inputs for up to 3 individual fuel tanks (capacitive or resistive float senders).
- Electrical Sensors: Dedicated leads for aircraft bus voltage and optional battery current sensor (Amps).
- Outside Air Temperature: Pre-wired branch for the external OAT sensor probe.
