Flybox Eclipse NG Complete Installation Harness (DBMICABLECLIPSENG)
The Flybox DBMICABLECLIPSENG is the official factory-assembled, complete wiring harness engineered for the Flybox Eclipse NG IFIS / MFD integrated glass cockpit system. Pre-wired with aviation-grade Tefzel wiring, shielded signal lines, and heavy-duty D-Sub connectors, it breaks out all flight telemetry, engine sensors, CHT/EGT thermocouple banks, and autopilot circuits—drastically reducing panel build time while eliminating wiring errors.
Complete Circuit & Sensor Coverage
The DBMICABLECLIPSENG loom completely breaks out every functional circuit on the Eclipse NG IFIS:
Flight Deck & Power (CON1)
Pre-wired connections for 10–30 V DC power, heavy ground, CAN1 autopilot servo communication bus, RS232 GPS NMEA input, composite video inputs, and headset audio alert output lines.
Engine Bay Sensors (CON2)
Complete breakout for oil pressure, oil temperature, fuel pressure, coolant temperature, OAT probe, dual fuel flow transducers, 3 tank level floats, trim position, flaps, and landing gear status lights.
All-Cylinder Thermal (CON3)
Pre-wired thermocouple harness legs supporting up to 6× Cylinder Head Temperature (CHT) and up to 6× Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) ungrounded probes with integrated noise shielding.
Factory Quality & Reliability
Eliminates hundreds of manual crimping operations. Assembled using gas-tight professional tooling and inspected to prevent cold joints, cross-wiring, and microvolt signal degradation.
