Fly Henry Fly Meter Engine Monitoring System
The Fly Henry Fly Meter (Model 2024) is an ultra-lightweight, two-piece Engine Information System and fuel computer engineered specifically for Powered Paragliders (PPG), Microlights, and Ultralight (ULL) aircraft. By separating the dashboard display from an engine-mounted sensing module, the Fly Meter provides full-scale telemetry—including 4x CHT/EGT channels, fluid pressure, RPM, fuel flow, and PIN-secured Hobbs timers—without running heavy bundles of wire into your cockpit.
New Generation 2024 Upgrades
- Flight Time Projection: Live calculation of remaining airtime based on current fuel level and burn rate.
- Fuel Leakage Detection: High-flow threshold alarm alerting you immediately if fuel consumption spikes unexpectedly.
- PIN-Secured Hobbs Timer: Option to lock cumulative engine hour resets and initial values with a 4-digit security code.
- Expanded Sensor Presets: Native support for old/new Fly Henry temperature probes plus a 24-step programmable custom NTC/PTC curve.
- Min/Max Fluid Pressure Guard: Dual-threshold alarm protection for critical fuel and oil pressure lines.

Every vital parameter monitored in real-time across four functional quadrants:
5-Channel Thermal Array
Supports 4x thermocouple inputs (0–1,000°C) for multi-cylinder CHT or EGT analysis with high-temperature warnings, plus 1x low-temperature fluid channel (0–125°C) for water coolant or oil.
RPM & Pressure Guard
Contact-free inductive RPM sensing (compatible with 0.5, 1, and 2 pulses/rev) paired with a 0–6.9 bar pressure channel for oil or fuel systems with low/high threshold flashing alerts.
Smart Fuel Management
A 3-step tank calibration wizard (0%, 50%, 100%) linearises tank readouts, while an optional inline flow sender tracks instantaneous consumption, average burn, and remaining flight endurance.
4x Engine Timers
Features a cumulative lifetime Hobbs meter (with optional customer code lockout), two resettable user flight timers, and a programmable maintenance countdown counter for oil and spark plug changes.
