Flybox Pre-Wired Cable for CHT Probes (DBMICONNCHTMICF)
The Flybox DBMICONNCHTMICF is the official factory-assembled, shielded thermocouple interface cable manufactured specifically for connecting Cylinder Head Temperature (CHT) probes to Flybox Omnia, Vigilus EIS, and EngiMaster engine monitoring platforms. Pre-wired with aviation-grade shielded wiring and positive-latching micro connectors, it ensures noise-free, accurate cylinder head temperature readings without microvolt signal degradation.
Normally the ready-made wiring for Vigilus instruments we supply have 2 connections for CHT probes. In case you want to install 4 CHT probes, you will need to buy 2 of them separately.

Microvolt Signal Protection
Constructed with high-grade thermocouple-matched conductors and low-resistance contacts, preventing unwanted parasitic junction voltages and guaranteeing true cylinder head temperature readings.
Ignition Noise Rejection
Features dedicated braided shielding to isolate sensitive thermocouple millivolt circuits from high-frequency electromagnetic noise emitted by aircraft spark plugs, ignition coils, and alternators.
Factory Crimped Security
Eliminates tedious manual micro-crimp operations in tight cockpits. Professionally assembled and factory tested to eliminate pin fretting, intermittent contact issues, and thermocouple polarity reversals.
Positive Latch Retention
Equipped with a positive snap-locking connector shell that locks securely into the Flybox instrument or remote acquisition unit, withstanding severe airframe vibrations and rough field landings.
