Flybox Eclipse NG Connector Installation Kit (DBMIECLNGKITC)
The Flybox DBMIECLNGKITC is the official full connector termination kit engineered for custom wiring harness fabrication on Flybox Eclipse NG flight systems (including both the Eclipse NG IFIS / MFD and dedicated Eclipse NG PFD). Providing the complete suite of heavy-duty D-Sub connector shells, strain-relief backshells, locking jack-screws, and precision crimp pins, it enables builders to construct custom-length, vibration-proof aircraft wiring looms.
Complete Rear Panel Interface Coverage
The DBMIECLNGKITC kit supplies all connector bodies and pins necessary to wire every rear port:
CON1 Avionics & Power
Complete D-Sub shell and crimp pins for 10–30 V DC main power, airframe ground, CAN1 autopilot servo bus, RS232 GPS NMEA serial input, composite video inputs, and headset intercom alert audio.
CON2 Engine & Airframe
High-density 37-pin D-Sub housing and contacts for oil pressure, oil temperature, fuel pressure, coolant temperature, dual fuel flow transducers, 3 tank level floats, trim position, flaps, and gear lamps.
CON3 Thermal CHT/EGT
Dedicated 25-pin D-Sub connector housing and high-conductivity crimp pins engineered for low-microvolt thermocouple signals, supporting up to 6× CHT and 6× EGT temperature channels.
Positive Latching Backshells
Supplied with heavy-duty backshells featuring integrated cable clamp strain relief and knurled jack-screws that thread firmly into the Eclipse NG aluminium chassis to prevent vibration loosening.
