The Flybox VIDTELCOL2 is an ultra-compact, high-resolution colour video camera engineered specifically for the Flybox Eclipse NG (IFIS / MFD). Designed with a convenient 20 cm connection pigtail for straightforward extension harness tie-in, it feeds live, high-clarity video directly onto your 7-inch glass display—providing essential real-time monitoring for landing gear inspection, tailcone surveillance, forward taxiway sight, and cabin awareness.
Operational Capabilities & Situational Awareness
High-clarity video surveillance integrated directly onto primary glass flight decks:
Direct Eclipse NG Video
Feeds high-resolution colour video straight into the Eclipse NG video port. Allows pilots to toggle full-screen video feeds or split-screen views alongside primary flight instruments and engine bars.
Gear & Flap Inspection
Provides physical visual confirmation of landing gear extension, flap angles, and belly status on retractable-gear aircraft—eliminating doubts caused by faulty microswitches or panel indicator lamps.
Forward Taxiway View
Ideal for tailwheel aircraft configurations when mounted under the fuselage or nose, offering clear visibility over the nose during ground taxiing, run-ups, and apron maneuvering.
Compact 20 cm Pigtail
Fitted with a short 20 cm connection lead and miniature connector, allowing easy mounting through tight bulkheads and quick disconnection during airframe maintenance and annual inspections.
