Flybox Vigilus Engine Wiring Looms
Eliminate wiring errors, ground-loop interference, and dozens of fabrication hours with factory pre-assembled engine harnesses for the Flybox Vigilus Engine Information System. Built using aviation-grade high-temperature cabling and noise-screened twisted signal lines, these harnesses provide direct plug-and-play reliability between your engine compartment and the firewall-mounted Vigilus Remote Module.

Rotax 912 / 914 Harness
Matches the default factory software profile of the Vigilus. CHT channels map directly to Cylinders 2 & 3, and shielded pairs isolate the sensitive RPM trigger line from ignition pulse noise.

Rotax 912iS / 915iS Harness
Connects directly into the Rotax CAN bus to stream digital engine telemetry. Enables the Vigilus [A B] ECU status monitor and captures exact injection-calculated fuel consumption without mechanical inline flow meters.

Universal Custom Harness
The preferred choice for non-Rotax installations or modified engine bays. Provides full-length aviation-grade wire runs pre-pinned into the Vigilus Remote Module connectors, leaving the engine ends ready for bespoke termination.

- Flame-Retardant Wire Insulation: Resistant to engine bay fuels, oils, solvents, and heat cycles (-20°C to +105°C continuous).
- Complete Screening: Critical signal lines (RPM, CAN-Bus, and low-voltage sensor lines) are wrapped in braided screening with ground drains to ensure clean readings.
- Clear Identification: Every single wire breakout is colour-coded and identified with printed heat-shrink tubing for straightforward installation and maintenance.
