IFD-microNET PLUS (57 mm)
Engineered specifically for Ultralight, Kit, and Experimental aircraft, the IFD-microNET PLUS delivers the capabilities of a comprehensive glass cockpit in a standard 57 mm (2¼″) panel cutout. Featuring fully internal AHRS sensors, embedded pneumatic transducers, a 3-axis digital compass, GPS navigation with an 8,000+ European airfield database, and multi-page flexibility, it represents the complete primary and backup flight deck solution.
Comprehensive Flight & Navigation Environments
The pilot can enable up to 9 distinct pages and cycle through them with a single click of the centre button:
Primary Flight Display (PFD)
Complete artificial horizon with pitch ladders and roll bank angles, airspeed ribbon, barometric and GPS altitude, QNH/QFE baro setting, vertical speed, turn coordinator, virtual slip ball, and live G-meter.
NAV & HSI Navigation
Direct GO-TO guidance featuring a Cyan bearing pointer to destination, Yellow Desired Track (DTK) course indicator, and lateral Course Deviation Indicator (CDI) alongside estimated time en route and distance.
Gyrocompass & Wind Vector
Full-dial compass displaying magnetic heading or GPS track, selected heading bug, destination bearing pointer, and real-time flight wind vector computation (speed and direction).
Nearest Aerodromes (NRST)
Instantly identifies and lists the closest airports, ultralight airfields, and navaids by GPS range, displaying runway orientation (QFU), longest strip length, elevation, tower frequency, and 1-touch direct navigation.
Advanced POI Search & Gauges
- FIND POI Search: Integrated database with over 8,000 European airfields, airports, VFR/IFR waypoints, and radio aids.
- Dedicated Gauges: Auxiliary pages for 3-pointer Altimeter, VSI, and Anemometer with an automated flight-hour meter.
- Dedicated G-Meter: Full-dial accelerometer with positive/negative peak memories and pilot reset function.
Internal Sensing & Panel Fit
- All Sensors Embedded: Gyros, accelerometers, magnetometer, GPS, and pressure sensors inside one housing.
- Easy Panel Calibration: Built-in pitch, roll, and pressure trimming (PRESS TRM) to zero mounting errors without removing the unit.
- Standard 57 mm Hole: Direct fit for 2¼″ aeronautical cutouts with four included 4MA mounting screws.
